Good Neighbours Active Living Centre Inc. does not accept any responsibility for any claims, demands, damages, actions or causes of actions arising out of, or in consequence of, any loss, injury or damage to any person incurred while attending at, or participating in activities, organized, sponsored or carried out by Good Neighbours Active Living Centre Inc. In particular, all physical activities are, “at the risk of the participant”.

Code of Conduct
Good Neighbours Active Living Centre (GNALC) is committed to providing a welcoming place. GNALC’s relationship with its members/participants is critical to its success. We intend to provide a safe and enjoyable environment with high quality fun, fitness, education, recreation and social programming.
To achieve this, GNALC has the following expectations of its members/participants:
- Treat all individuals at the facility with respect and courtesy. Negative verbal or non-verbal behaviours towards others, including harassment and discrimination, will not be tolerated.
- The following is a list of some behaviours that will not be tolerated:
- Physical violence
- Verbal abuse
- Inappropriate touching, gestures or language
- Intimidation tactics and/or making threats
- Comments or statements damaging the reputation of GNALC
- Individuals who are deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances may be asked to leave the centre.
- Respect the rights of other members/participants to enjoy the programs and facility. Disruptive behaviour and excessive noise will be addressed.
- Take care of GNALC’s facility and property.
- Refrain from the use of scents like perfumes or colognes.
